How do I know this grounding sheet works? I am dreaming more. When I wake up, I can remember what I dreamt which is an indication of better sleep. Curiously, when these sheets are on the bed, the cat likes to sleep on them. When the grounding sheet is not on the bed, the cat sleeps somewhere else. I like the various sizes listed in inches for proper fit. Some brand don't have that. Tip: Don't guess the size of your bed, measure it before you pick a size and purchase. I love the Organic cotton and it is machine washable. I highly recommend these. I bought another brand of grounding sheets, these fit better and feel better.
