I have recently trying multiple grounding products and I've lived Yonwolds fitted sheets the best. The grounding strip get tangle up when you sleep,just like the small grounding mat. The grounding mattress pad made me warm when sleeping and also moved on the bed . The grounding pad felt like sleeping on a lumpy mattress. NEXT I tried another companies grounding sheet that was very thick and I felt warm sleeping on this sheet.
The last product I tried was Yonworld's fitted sheet. It fit the king size bed nicely and it didn't make you hot while sleeping
Also I had surgery and there was a 6 week healing period . After 3 days I felt great. I still took it easy but I has no stiffness or soreness on the area where I had surgery.
It was overwhelming choosing a grounding product but this is the best that I've found for me. I've washed them in warm water on gentle cycle and I dry on low.
